
Theodore (Ted) Cisowski is the Vice President for Safeguard & Security Services and Contract Program Manager for the Safeguards and Security Program, Office of Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS), Department of Energy. Mr. Cisowski is a 20-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps who served in a variety of assignments, including in high intensity operations in hostile environments. After retirement from the Marines, Mr. Cisowski was an Operations Manager for a Walmart regional distribution center, the General Manager for a green waste recycling and alternative energy operation in central Maryland, and, as a Federal employee, the Exercise Team Lead for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Emergency Programs (NA-42).
During his tenure at PEC, Mr. Cisowski has supported the NNSA Office of Emergency Management (NA-40) as the Contract Task Lead and Emergency Management Program Manager supporting the Continuous Improvement Program and other NA-40 initiatives.
Mr. Cisowski has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University , an M.B.A. from Northeastern University D’Amore-McKim School of Business, and a Master of Military Science from the Marine Corps University Command and Staff College. Mr. Cisowski is a certified Project Management Professional through PMI, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a certified Associate Business Continuity Professional through DRI, Inc.
